*Contact us for reservation.
*A non-refundable deposit is required at the time a reservation is
confirmed.
*Balance is due 30 days before tour departure.
*If a booking is made within 30 days before tour departure date, full
payment must be settled upon confirmation.
Payment
*Full payment must be remitted to GWITA (Beijing Great Wall International
Travel Agency) 30 days prior to tour departure. At the same time as
the remittance is made, a statement of account shall be sent by fax
or e-mail to GWITA, stating the name of the tour and the purpose of
the remittance.

*Children under 2 years of age traveling with their parents pay 20%
of tour cost.
*Children aged between 2-11 pay 65% of full fare, no extra bed in
parents room.
*Children aged between 2-11 pay 85% of full fare, entitled to an extra

Price Coverage
*All transportation within China.
*Accommodation as indicated in the itinerary or the same standard.
*Daily breakfast.

*Scheduled sightseeing by air-conditioned coach with guide service.
*Luggage handling and transfers from airport to hotel.

30 days before scheduled date of departure - no cancellation charge.
( Deposit for the Yangtze Cruise is non-refundable. )
*Between 31-15 days -5% of tour cost.
*Between 8-15 days - 10% of tour cost.
*Between 2-7 days -30% of tour cost.
*Within 24hours -50% of tour cost plus tour expense of the first day.
*If a participant cancels while a tour is in progress, no refunds
are made for unused portion of the tour.

Reiseruecktritt
Im Falle des Reiseruecktritts verlangen wir eine angemessene Entschaedigung.
* Bis 31. Tag vor Reisebeginn - Kein Ruecktrittkosten. (Aber Ueberweisungsgebuehr
und Deposit fuer den Yangtse Kreuzfahrt werden als Entschaedigung
abkassiert.)
*Ab 30. bis 15. Tag vor Reisebeginn - 5% des jeweiligen Reisepreises
*Ab 15. bis 8. Tag vor Reisebeginn - 10% des jeweiligen Reisepreises
*Ab 7. bis 2. Tag vor Reisebeginn - 30% des jeweiligen Reisepreises
*Ab 24 Stunden vor Reisebeginn - 50% des jeweiligen Reisepreises und
den Kosten fuer den ersten Tag
*Falls die Gaeste auf dem Weg aus eigene Gruende die Reise stonieren,
kein Ruecktritt fuer den Restteil der Reise.
Zum
Verstaendnisse mancher Zufaelle, die Ruecktrittskosten werden in Hoehe
des tatsaechlichen Schadens berechnet. Im Falls des Ruecktritts koennen
wir auch die tatsaechliche entstandenen Mehrkosten verlangen.
