2009 China International Tourist Commodities Fair to be held in Yiwu on 12 Nov

2009 China International Tourist Commodities Fair is sponsored by China National Tourism Administration and Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government, and hosted by China Tourism Association, Tourism Bureau of Zhejiang Province and Yiwu Municipal People’s Government, will be held in Yiwu, Zhejiang during 12-15 Nov., 2009.

 

This international tourist commodities fair is to be held for the purpose of advancing the development of tourist commodities in China and improving the “short-legged” state, and thus is of vital significance to China’s tourism industry. Yiwu is selected as the hosting city of the fair mainly because its function as the largest distributing center for small commodities in China, and its leading role in promoting R & D of tourism commodities and internationalization, as well as its good development foundation for tourism commodities and obvious market advantages.
