Located in western Hunan Province, Zhangjiajie City features a variety of different terrains including: mountainous regions, upland areas, plains, and Karst rock areas. The famous tourist city of Zhangjiajie is home of China's first forest geo-park -- the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, and a World Natural Heritage site - Wulingyuan Scenic Area.
