What is the check-in and check-out time?
Usually, guest is supposed to check in after 14:00 PM and check out before 12:00 at noon. Please feel free to let us know as early as possible, if
you need the earlier check-in or later check-out, because the early check-in is submitted to the hotel availability, while the late check-out may cause
the extra cost.

How to check-in and check-out?
When checking in, you will need to present your passport and other valid certificates to the clerk at the registration desk, sometimes you need to fill
a form. The hotels also normally require a small amount of deposit.
Check out will usually take some time as the hotel will check the room and perform a few administrative tasks. When checking out, the hotel will
return the deposit you have paid if there is no damage or loss in your room and charge you for any additional services used (room service, phone,
etc).

Can I check in later or leave earlier than the dates I booked?
The regular time for check in is 14:00 and check out 12:00 noon. If you cannot check in on time, please inform the hotel in advance. Otherwise, your
booking may be cancelled. If you do not indicate your arrival time, your reservation will be kept until 18:00 on the check in day. If you decide to
extend your stay at the hotel, please inform the hotel, either.

What’s the cancellation policy for a reservation?
In most cases, cancellations are free of charge. Peak season cancellations will incur a penalty-fee.

Does marriage certificate necessary when couple checks in?
Marriage certification is not necessary if both travelers are foreign guests. Marriage certificate is necessary if one is foreign and other is foreign
guest.
