Is the room rate per person or per night?
Generally speaking, room rate is quoted per room / night. Taxes and extra fees are not included unless otherwise specified in the detailed rate rules. Extra bed charges extra if clients need to arrange it.
Does the room price always change during holidays?
Yes, the hotel room rate will be increased during public holidays, such as International Labor Day (from May 1st to May 7th), China National Day (from Oct 1st to Oct 7th), New Year’s Eve and Chinese Spring Festival. The published hotel room rate is subject to change without any prior notice but is fixed once a reservation has been confirmed.
Are there any special price policies catering to children?
According to the International Guild Regulations of Hotel Business, people younger than 12-year-old are defined as children. Children older than 12 years will be charged as adults.
Price policies for children are:
Children sharing a room with his parents and not occupying an extra bed is free; children with extra bed need to pay for the extra bed; children occupying a bed, the price is the same as the adult.
For a child under 2 years, a baby cot will be provided by the hotel free of charge and the breakfasts are usually free.
Breakfast for children usually charges half of one adult fee.
The rules may vary in different hotels. If any surcharges occur, you must be paid directly to the hotel.
How to make payment?
The hotel room rate can be settled directly to the hotel upon you check-in. You can pay by credit card or cash.
