The Ice & Snow tour is the characteristic of Heilongjiang Province. Harbin is a state – listed famous
cultural and historic city. There are 2 state – listed landscape zones – Jingpo Lake and Wudalianchi,
10 national forest park, and 35 ethnic custom sightseeing sites. They includes winter tours of Harbin
ice lantern and Yabli skiing, Daqing Oil City Tour , border tour, sightseeing tour, the ethnic custom tour

and horse – ridding. They divided into “one center and four routes”. The center is the city of
Harbin(European style street, the Sun Islet, and Jade Spring). The first route is Harbin – Heihe Line
including the development of the Wudalianchi volcano zone. The second route is Harbin – Suifen
River Route including the development of Mudanjiang, Jinpo Lake, the ruins of Bohai Kindom, and the Tiger Hall.

The third route is along the Songhua River, including the 4-days on water tour from Jiamus to Harbaluofusk, on ice motorcycle, ice sail,
and etc. The forth route is to Qiqihar Qingsong Game Land.

Harbin is capital of Heilongjiang Province and the trading center of the northern part of northeast China. Songhua river flows across the
city, nicknamed "Ice City" and "Snow city" because it lies under ice and snow for as long as four months in winter. A lot of buildings in the
city are in European styles. Every year visitors for such annual events as Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival, "Summer of Harbin"
Concert, and Harbin Economic and Trade Talks.
