1 Arrive Hangzhou |
Arrive in Hangzhou, one ancient capital city in southern China, and famous for its natural beauty and historical and cultural heritages. Visit Huqingyutang, a pharmacy shop and museum of traditional Chinese medicine. Then, you will visit the Former Residence of Hu Xueyan who set up Huqingyutang Drugstore and was called “the medicine king in south of the Yangtze River”. The former residence boasts 13 towers, Zhiyuan Garden, pavilions, terraces, a small bridge over a flowing stream and bright verandas, all ingeniously designed. (L-D) |

Day
2 Hangzhou |
A full day tour is to appreciate the incomparably lovely West Lake with its soaring bridges and flower-bright islets. Enjoy a boat ride on West Lake. Visit the Huagang Park (Flower Harbor Park), the most attractive waterside park. Ancient Chinese people praised the West Lake area as a land of intoxicating beauty. Then, enjoy a walk along the Su Causeway that is spanned with six bridges offering different views, the willows tossing among blooming peach flowers in spring. Also, you will visit a Tea Museum showing the history and production of Chinese tea. Move on to visit the Meijiawu Tea House, the tea village of famous Dragon’s Well Tea. (B-L-D) |

Day
3 Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Ningbo |
After breakfast, take a coach to Shaoxing, a famous historical and cultural city, which is also the hometown of Mr. Luxun. Mr. Luxun, whose books greatly influenced many Chinese youths, is generally considered the founder of modern vernacular Chinese literature. You will visit the Former Residence of Mr. Luxun, in which, the rear garden is called Baicaoyuan Garden and his primary school is called Sanwei Shuwu. Proceed to East Lake, featuring an elegant landscape of lakes and mountains and fantastic stones. It, together with the West Lake in Hangzhou and Nanhu Lake in Jiaxing, are known as the Three Famous Lakes in Zhejiang Province. Proceed to Ningbo and stay overnight there. (B-L-D) |

Day 4 Ningbo-Mt. Putuo |
You will visit the King Asoka Temple. This temple, with a history of 1,700 years, is famous worldwide for a fragment of Sakyamuni's parietal bone, which is kept in the seven-story stone pagoda in the Hall of Relics. The, take a boat to Mt. Putuo, a famous Buddhism scenic spot located on the sea in the four Chinese famous Buddhism Mountains. Putuo means “beautiful little white flowers”. (B-L-D) |

Day 5 Mt. Putuo |
Today’s highlight is to visit the Puji Temple, the largest temple on this island. The Hall of Yuantong is the main building in Puji Temple, in which there is an 8.8-meter-high bronze statue of Guanyin, the only representation of Guanyin constructed by Putuo Mountain natives. You will also see the "Not-leaving Guanyin", and the name is given so because of a legend - "Buddha chooses the Mount". (B-L-D) |

Day 6 Mt. Putuo-Shanghai |
After breakfast, you will ride cable-car to visit Huiji Temple which is the third largest on the mountain. Only in Huiji Temple is Buddha Sakyamuni worshiped. The temple is also famous for its large collection of ancient brick carvings portraying the Guanyin Buddha. Next, proceed down to visit the second largest temple on the island - Fayu Temple. This temple is famous for its ancient architecture, delicate woodcarvings and inscribed calligraphy by ancient emperors. You will also take sightseeing of Foding Mountain. Then, be transferred to the pier for the fast ferry to Shanghai. (B-L-D)

Day 7 Shanghai |
Visit the Bund, at the west shore of the Huangpu River, the Oriental Pearl TV Tower and the Jin Mao Tower can be seen on the opposite side. The splendid row of early 20th century Europe buildings remains the quintessential Shanghai sight. Visit fascinating Yuyuan Garden, a well-restored Suzhou-style garden, and take a walk through the Old Town filled with antique markets and specialty stores. Then, pay a visit to the Jade Buddha Temple where two rare jade statues of Sakyamuni Buddha are treasured. A fabulous Acrobatic Show concludes your first day in Shanghai. (B-L-D) |

Day 8 Depart from Shanghai |
Be transferred to the airport and prepare for boarding on your homebound flight. (B) |
