1 Arrive Beijing |
Arrive in Beijing, the capital of China. Meet your guide upon arrival and be transferred to your comfortable hotel. (D)

2 Beijing |
Begin the day’s activity with a visit to Tian’anmen Square, the largest urban square in the world. Then, move on to visit the Imperial Palace, also known as the “Forbidden City”, the biggest palace complex in the world. In the afternoon, visit the enchanting Summer Palace, one of China’s largest and best-preserved royal gardens, where you can have a walk along the famous Long Corridor. A Peking Duck Dinner concludes your first full day activities in China. (B-L-D)

3 Beijing |
Today’s highlight is your visit to the Great Wall, one of the “Seven Wonders of the World” and a symbol of Chinese civilization. Just like a gigantic dragon, the Great Wall winds up and down across mountains. A short drive away is the statue-lined Shenlu (Spirit Road) leading to the Ming Tombs, here you can see some marvelous stone sculptures. The Ming Tombs area is for deceased emperors of the Ming Dynasty. (B-L-D) |

4 Beijing-Xi'an |
After breakfast, visit Temple of Heaven where the emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties worshipped heaven and prayed for good harvest. Then, take a flight to Xi’an. Climb the ancient City Wall and visit Forest of Steles Museum where precious stone carvings and sculptures are kept. (B-L-D) |

5 Xi'an |
Begin the day’s activity with an once-in-a-lifetime viewing of the extraordinary 2,200-year-old Terracotta Warriors of China’s first feudal Emperor, Qin Shihuang. On your way back to the city, stop at a mountain village and meet local residents. After lunch, visit the superb Shannxi History Museum, the best of its kind in China. Visit to Big Wild Goose Pagoda which was built in 652 A.D. It contains a large volume of Buddhist scriptures which were obtained from India by the eminent monk of Xuanzang. Enjoy a characteristic dumpling dinner at a local restaurant. (B-L-D) |

6 Xi'an-Kunming |
In the morning, fly to Kunming, known as “The City of Eternal Spring”. Afternoon you will visit to the Western Hill, from the top of which you get through the Dragon Gate and get a beautiful panoramic view of Dianchi Lake. (B-L-D)

7 Kunming-Jinghong |
After breakfast, you will drive 37km along Lancangjiang River to Ganlan Ba (Olive Basin) Area, this area of rain forest and tall bamboos acquired its name from its shape and verdant greenery. And pay a visit to Olive Basin Country Market, Dai People’s Hinayana Temple, Dai & Hani village along the way. Then drive 48 km to Menglun Botanical Garden, the largest tropical botanical garden in China established in 1959. (B-L-D) |

Visit the Wild Elephant Valley (by cable car),visit Jinuo Village and enjoy the view of huge range of National Forest Reserve along the way. Visit Xishuanbanna Minority's Garden and Herbal Medicine's Research Centre. Take afternoon flight to Dali, the name of Dali comes from the Chinese word for marble stone. (B-L-D) |

Dali is a historically and culturally famous city of China, which is renowned for her historical interests. Dali City stands against Cangshan Mountain in the west and adjoins Erhai Lake in the east, and is embraced by undulating hills around. You will have a cruise on the Erhai Lake, and enjoy Three Flavors of Tea with Bai People’s Performances in Xizhou old town. Visit the Three Pagodas of Chongsheng Monastery, Bai People’s tie-dying cloth on Zhoucheng village. Explore Dali Ancient Town. (B-L-D) |

11 Dali-Lijiang |
Drive to Lijiang after breakfast and stop at Jian Chuan. Sightsee of Shibao Mountain Stone Caves, just like gem as bright as Dunhuang in Gansu, Yungang in Shanxi, Longmen in Henan, and Dazu in Sichuan. You will also visit Sideng Street in Shaxi, ancient fair place along the tea-horse merchant’s track. (B-L-D) |

Day 12 Lijiang |
Visit the World Heritage Park of Lijiang showing you a subminiature Lijiang, Suhe Tea and Horse Old Town, Baisha Murals in Baisha Naxi village and Black Dragon Pool to have a look at the renowned Moon Embracing Pavilion. You will have some time for sightseeing of the Old Town of Lijiang, also known as Dayan Town with Sifang Street at the core, the entire city spreads out in all directions, and is crisscrossed by a labyrinth of flagged streets and alleyways. Day 13 Lijiang-Lugu Lake |
Drive to Luguhu Lake and enjoy the beautiful high plateau scenery on the way. Lugu Lake is the native place of “The Female’s Kingdom” composed of Mosuo People, a branch of Naxi Nationality. You can Sing and Dance with local Mosuo people in the evening. (B-L-D) |

Day 14 Lugu Lake-Lijiang |
Cruise on beautiful Luguhu Lake, sightseeing of Liwubi Island in the lake. Then, visit Mosuo villages’ house and then drive back to Lijiang. (B-L-D) |

Day 15 Lijiang-Zhongdian |
After breakfast, you will drive 47km to Stone Drum Village (47km) reaching the first Bend of Yangtze River, then, drive 50km to Tiger Leaping Gorge. Tiger Leaping Gorge, one of the world’s greatest four gorges, is located in Hutiaoxia Town in Zhongdian County and is honored as one of the deepest and most marvelous gorges on the globe. Then, continue driving105km to Zhongdian (Capital city of Deqen Tibetan Auto. Prefecture), where is close to Tibet and known as Shangri-La (a hidden paradise in James Hilton’s 1993 novel --- The Lost Horizon). (B-L-D) |

Day 16 Zhongdian |
After breakfast, pay a visit to Songzanlin Lamasery, or “Second Potala” as it is affectionately known, a spiritual place that invites you to discover the mystery and traditions of Tibetan Buddhism. Then, pay a visit to Shudu Lake, Bita Lake and Xiaji Tibetan Village. Shudu Lake is an ancient intact natural attraction with outstanding flora, fauna and picturesque landscapes. Bita Lake is a huge alpine lake, surrounded by forests, with a small tree-covered island in its middle. (B-L-D) |

Day 17 Zhongdian-Kunming-Shanghai |
Fly to Shanghai via Kunming. Shanghai is well-known as “Paris in the east”. Visit the Bund, at the west shore of the Huangpu River, the Oriental Pearl TV Tower and the Jin Mao Tower can be seen on the opposite side. The splendid row of early 20th century Europe buildings remains the quintessential Shanghai sight. A fabulous Acrobatic Show concludes your first day in Shanghai. (B-L-D) |

Day 18 Shanghai |
Visit fascinating Yuyuan Garden, a well-restored Suzhou-style garden, and take a walk through the Old Town filled with antique markets and specialty stores. Move on to check out the St. Ignatius Cathedral (Xujiahui Cathedral) built in 1846. Wander around the former French Concession represented by the leafy Fuxing Park and the architecture in the area. Then pay a visit to the Jade Buddha Temple where two rare jade statues of Sakyamuni Buddha are treasured. You will have some free time in the afternoon to explore the city. (B-L-D) |
